The AMT-Copilot platform is designed to assist users in navigating procedures and workflows but does not replace professional judgment, regulatory guidance, engineering authority, or approved maintenance documentation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services.

By using our services, you represent that:

• You have the authority to agree to these Terms
• You are using the services on behalf of yourself or a legitimate organization
• Your use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

Users are responsible for:

5. AI-Generated Assistance

AMT-Copilot may generate responses using artificial intelligence systems.

These responses are intended to assist with interpretation and workflow navigation but should not be considered authoritative technical instructions.

Users remain responsible for:

• Following approved maintenance documentation
• Complying with regulatory requirements
• Exercising professional judgment during technical operations

Zynapps AI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, content, designs, and intellectual property related to Zynapps AI services are owned by Zynapps AI LLC or its licensors.

This includes:

• The AMT-Copilot platform
• System architecture and algorithms
• Website design and branding
• Software code and technical infrastructure

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for their intended purposes.

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the software
• Reverse engineer system functionality
• Use the platform to build competing products

7. Data and User Content

Users may upload documents, procedures, or other content to the platform.

By uploading content, users represent that they have the legal right to provide that content and grant Zynapps AI permission to process it for the purpose of providing services.

Zynapps AI does not claim ownership of user-provided content. However, users grant us permission to process and analyze uploaded materials in order to operate the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded materials comply with applicable organizational and legal policies.

8. Service Availability

While we aim to maintain reliable service, Zynapps AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Termination
